Design

The designs prepared by the experienced architects of PROEV LIGHT GAUGE STEEL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS, we emphasize user ergonomics and demands. We can answer your needs with the type projects prepared or we can produce projects designed especially for you. The dynamic and static analyses of all the projects are based on:

• Regulations on the Buildings to be Constructed in Disaster Zones (1997 Earthquake Specifications),
   
• AISI - LFRD 1996 EDITION; AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute) (Specification For The Design of Cold Formed)
   
• TS 648 Calculations and building rules for steel buildings.
   
• TS 498 The calculation values for the loads in dimensioning the building elements.

In light steel buildings, the wall panels are calculated as vertical bearers. The OSB panels found in the entire building surface restrict the lateral torque dimensions in wall bearing elements and ensure that the elements cooperate under earthquake and wind effects. The OSB panel coatings found in flooring planes serve as floor rigidizer. The impacts of the earthquake and wind loads are counteracted by the wall panels constituted using the cross-connection elements.

The heat insulation values of all the panels constituted are examined according to TS825 Building Heat Insulation Rules.

Manufacturing

The building profiles manufactured in our facilities are produced by cold-forming the galvanized steel sheets, which were manufactured by hot-dip technology.

In our systems, as soon as the designs and calculations for the buildings to be constructed leave our technical office, the geometrical specifications of each profile making up the building are processed in our computer-controlled system machinery and the manufacture is initiated with zero error.

The cross-sections of the profiles are 0.5 - 3.0 mm. thick and in the shape of U, C, L and Z. The profile intersections in wall, ceiling and roof panels made up according to the order of assembly are ensured via clinches and screws. In profiles, the system holes are pierced by the automatic machinery at specified points. Therefore, unnecessary piercing of the profiles to be used, and in return, any loss in resistance, shall be prevented. In PROEV LIGHT GAUGE STEEL CONSTRUCTION SYSTEMS, there is no need for cutting profiles and modifications in site environment.

In our production facilities, we do not only form the building framework. All the PVC and aluminum door and window units, blind systems, building chemicals containing isolation and insulation to be used in your building are manufactured by PROGRUP firms. The Spanish VIVES ceramics with rich colors and patterns are also offered for your taste by PROSERA.

Assembly

The specialized assembly teams of  our systems complete the construction of your building in maximum sixty days. The prefabricated walls, floorings, roof panels and building framework dispatched to the site location are assembled with minimum labor and in minimum time.

During assembly, there is absolutely no need for welding and cutting. In the foundation connections of the panels, anchorage is provided through the galvanize-coated accessories produced by our firm. Special bolts are used in uniting panels.

As all the installation holes are bored during the manufacture stage at the factory, labor is saved. The assembly teams of our systems specialized in their own fields surround all the external facades by OSB panels, provide coatings with water and heat insulation, construct the power, clean water, waste water, heating and cooling systems, cover the internal walls by plaster panels, assemble the window and door units, provide the marble and ceramic coverings and carry out the painting work.
